The Whitby Minor Baseball Association (WMBA) is now accepting applications for Head Coaches for the 2027 Elite Division teams at the 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, and 18U levels.
Our Elite teams compete in the highly competitive Elite Baseball League of Ontario (EBLO), and we are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable leaders who are passionate about player development, accountability, and fostering a positive team culture.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
• Strong knowledge of the game and age-appropriate development
• Previous coaching and/or high-level playing experience
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A commitment to building competitive teams while prioritizing sportsmanship and athlete growth

Selected applicants will be contacted for interviews in early April.
